Mustangs trade Bacovsky to OCN

The Melfort Mustangs have traded 2001-born goaltender Steven Bacovsky to the OCN Blizzard of the MJHL in exchange for a Player Development Fee (PDF).

Bacovsky, out of Calgary, Alta., came to the Mustangs in the offseason prior to the 2020/2021 season. He spent parts of the past two seasons with the club, playing in eight games overall. He tallied a 4-3-0-1 record, with a 2.11 goals-against-average, a .929 save percentage, and two shutouts.
