Mustangs Trade Ward to OCN

The Melfort Mustangs have traded 2004-born defenceman Brett Ward to the OCN Blizzard of the MJHL in exchange for a Player Development Fee (PDF)

Ward, out of Spruce Grove, Alta., played 17 games for the Mustangs this season. He scored one goal and added two assists.

Prior to his time in Melfort, Ward played 20 games in the AJHL for the Grand Prairie Storm.
