With goalie Andrey Makarov off to Russia to compete for his home country in the World Juniors, the Saskatoon Blades have recalled Melfort Mustang Patrick Johnson.
Johnson was on the bench for last nights win in Brandon.
As a result the Mustangs have added 18 year old Keenan Kostuik to their roster.
The Delmany product has appeared in 9 games with the Saskatoon Westleys this season picking up a 6-4 record with a 2.89 goals against and 9.23 save percentage.
Kostiuk played his AAA in Swift Current and was originally property of the SJHL's Kindersley Klippers.
