Playoff Push: Mustangs Announce Free Game Sunday

With just a handful of games left in the SJHL regular season, excitement is building for the playoffs.

The Mustangs have already clinched their spot in the playoffs, and the games continue to mean more and more as the days progress. The home schedule wraps up on Sunday, March 5 and for the Mustangs and to start the post-season running, the Mustangs welcome you to the game for FREE thanks to game sponsor, Prairie North Co-op. The Nipawin Hawks are in town that afternoon for the 3 p.m. puck drop with games still meaning a whole lot for them too.

The 50/50 jackpot will also be bigger as thanks to Melfort Liquor Loft, the jackpot is guaranteed at $2,000!

It’s the third free game in the last two years for the Mustangs, with the previous two in 2021/2022 being very well attended.
