TRADE: Mustangs move Colby Brett to Kindersley

The Melfort Mustangs swung a second trade today sending 2001-born Defenceman Colby Brett to the Kindersley Klippers.

In return, the Mustangs receive a Player Development Fee from the Klippers.

Brett, from Phoenix, Arizona, started the season with the Mustangs playing in 34 games. He scored 2 goals and added 6 assists for 8 points. Previous to Melfort, Brett spent the last two seasons with the Phoenix jr Coyotes U18 and U16 programs.

The Mustangs would like to wish Colby all the best with the Klippers, and thank him for his time as a Mustang!
