Max Mills Commits to Melfort for 2021-22!

The Melfort Mustangs are happy to announce our first commitment this week, for the 2021-22 season!

Max Mills, a 2003-born Defenceman, has committed to the Melfort Mustangs.

Mills, from Lloydminster, Alberta, has spent the last two seasons with the Alberta Elite Hockey League U18 Lloydminster Bobcats.

The 6-foot-1, 175lb Defenceman had a very solid start to the 2020-21 season before it was shut down to COVID-19. In four games, he scored one goal and added four assists for five points. The 2019-20 season saw Mills score once and add an assist in 24 games.

“Max is a skilled Defenceman that uses his size very well.” Mustangs Head Coach and GM Trevor Blevins said. “He brings a lot of assets to our blue line and we are happy to welcome him to the organization.”

Mills will join the Mustangs for the 2021-22 season.
