Mustangs acquire Kyle Schneider from Selkirk Steelers

Following a busy weekend with a win over La Ronge and the annual Fall Supper on Sunday. The Melfort Mustangs have acquired 99′ FW Kyle Schneider from the Selkirk Steelers in exchange for a Player Development Fee.

Schneider a 1999′ born Forward comes to the Mustangs with Junior A experience in Selkirk, as well as Midget AAA Experience with the Prince Albert Mintos.

In 25 career games with the Selkirk Steelers, Schneider has 2 goals and 3 assists. He’s played 1 game in 2018-19 with Selkirk.

Previous to his time in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, he played 76 regular season games with the Prince Albert Mintos where he was captain during his last season.  He put up 7 goals and 14 assists for 21 points in parts of three seasons.
